Chief Project Engineer of the Sales Development Department

My professional career in NIPOM began in 2002 as a CNC operator (computer numerical control machines). After the company acquired sheet-processing machines, I got a position of process planner. My duties included the development of sheet processing programs and maintenance of all technical processes necessary for the proper operation of equipment. In 2007, when we implemented a project related to production startup of a new type of equipment: Aurora single-end service assembled chambers (SSAC), I headed a group for the development and technical support of the product as the leading design engineer. After the retraining courses at the Kazan State Power Engineering Institute (KSPEI) majoring in “Electric Power Systems and Networks”, I got a position of project manager of the engineering center involved in the development of medium voltage equipment line. After training under the Presidential Management Training Initiative, I got a position of chief project engineer of the sales development department. While working in NIPOM OAO, I was awarded a Certificate of Merit of the City Duma of Dzerzhinsk and received a letter of gratitude from the Government of the Nizhny Novgorod Region for my contribution to development of the region. I like my work and, above all, I appreciate the opportunity it offers for professional growth and development: implementation of new ideas and projects.
