Key indicators in the field of quality assurance

2004 – an audit of the Quality Management System to ISO 9001 is conducted, the respective certificate is obtained

2008 - the quality system of NIPOM is certified to STO Gazprom 9001-2006

2011 - a certificate of conformity of QMS to ISO 14001:2004 is obtained. An integrated system of ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, STO Gazprom 9001-2006 is created.

2011 - A KAIZEN-management lean production system is introduced. As the rapid audit carried out by international Kaizen Institute has shown, the efficiency level of NIPOM’s manufacturing system is 55%, while this figure for Russian industrial enterprises averages 20-30%

Development of manufacturing processes of licensed production

2008 – the licensed production of Logstrup LVCD  (Denmark) is put into full operation. Under the project, the concept of organic integration of engineering software products into the corporate information system was developed and implemented

2009 – production of earthquake-resistant LVCD for nuclear power plants is put into full operation. A full cycle of manufacture of electrical devices is organized under this project

Main results of the introduction and development of the production system

2004 – the first stages of the upgrade of the plant are completed: the metalworking shop and compressed air systems are reconstructed in order to reduce the energy consumption of the enterprise

2006 - we organized a radio mounting section for soldering circuit boards of microprocessor devices, equipped with full observance of a set of measures for ESD control

2006 - a concept of the engineering data management system is developed and introduced, which includes 3D modeling, process preparation, a handbook of materials, which are controlled by a single integrated software product

2007 - an ERP II Syte Line class system is introduced and an engineering team is created. The material mix is decreased, the product lifecycle process has become transparent, a single center for activity planning of the whole company is created. Provision of orders is improved through a rational distribution of materials and transparency of stock balances

2007 - production logistics is organized

2007 - the knockdown assembly room of the electrical equipment plant is reconstructed

2008 - an industrial site for the production of transformer and distribution substations in concrete casing is created and put into operation

2008 - an in-house cable wiring system is developed, which enables to significantly enhance the product quality

2008 - a semi-automatic powder coating line is put into operation that allows for meeting the highest consumer requirements.


Research and Development Center

NIPOM improves constantly its manufactured products, increases its functionality and quality. The company has kept up the traditions of work in the defense industry, the main one of which is the high responsibility to the customer for applied technical solutions. The Research and Development Center of the company successfully achieves the increase in the reliability and safety of electrical equipment due to the introduction and approbation of technical solutions and developments in our in-house production. Engineering Company

NIPOM manages the entire process of construction, reconstruction and upgrade of a facility: from survey and design to commissioning and maintenance service. This approach enables us not to coordinate different contractors and achieve the reduction of time and financial expenses of the customer. Electric Equipment Plant

The manufacturing technology of electrical products is based on automated and high-precision equipment. The design, overall dimensions of devices are adapted to a reconstruction or upgrade project, if they are to be accommodated in a limited space. NIPOM enables the customer to choose the most efficient solution that reduces the operation expenses of electrical equipment, prevents emergencies and improves the reliability of power supply.

Modular Equipment Plant

Modular equipment plant releases ready-to-operate products, which undergo there an entire production cycle. Each cast concrete unit is tested by an independent laboratory and confirmed with a quality certificate. In addition, metal modular buildings for transformer and distribution substations are assembled on the industrial area. NIPOM is ready to offer any options of product configurations; if necessary, we can adapt substations to particular requirements.

The total production space is 5,000 m2

Our internal logistics is built along the route of material flows, thus significantly reducing losses of time.

Development of metal CTS is based on design solutions and standard modules that allow to apply the archetype design technology. This provides the shortest development periods, quality and maximum customer satisfaction.

The particularities of the concrete casing manufacture technology allow manufacturing them all year round. A constant warehouse stock of standard products is maintained.
